About Us
NumberCalculator365 is a free library of online calculators for everyday math, money, health, dates and measurements.
What we do
We build focused, reliable calculators that answer one question well — from figuring a tip to estimating a mortgage payment. Each tool explains the formula it uses, shows worked examples and links to related tools so you can understand the answer, not just see it.
Our goal is simple: when you need a number, you should get a correct answer quickly, see exactly how it was produced and be able to check it yourself.

What every calculator page includes
We publish a calculator only when the tool and its explanation are both complete. Every page follows the same structure so you always know where to look:
- The calculator itself, with labeled fields, sensible defaults and instant results.
- The formula used, written out in full, plus a worked example.
- Step-by-step instructions for entering your values.
- Real-world examples that show typical inputs and results.
- Frequently asked questions about the method and its limits.
- Related calculators for the next question you are likely to have.
How our calculators are built
Every calculator uses a standard, published method rather than a home-made shortcut. A few examples:
- Loan, mortgage and auto loan payments use the standard amortization formula.
- Calorie and BMR estimates use the Mifflin-St Jeor and revised Harris-Benedict equations.
- Body fat uses the U.S. Navy circumference method; ideal weight uses the Devine, Robinson, Miller and Hamwi formulas.
- Unit conversions use exact definitions, such as 1 inch = 2.54 cm and 1 pound = 0.45359237 kg.
- The scientific calculator evaluates expressions with its own parser instead of running arbitrary code.
The math lives in small, separate functions that are covered by automated tests, so a change to one calculator cannot silently break another. Results are rounded only for display; the underlying calculation keeps full precision.
Privacy by design
All calculations happen locally in your web browser. The numbers you enter are not sent to our servers, we do not set cookies, and you never need an account. You can read the details in our privacy policy.
Built for every device
The site works on phones, tablets and desktops without installing anything. Form fields are properly labeled for screen readers, the pages can be navigated with a keyboard, and the answers to common questions are part of each page so they remain readable even on slow connections.
Know the limits
Calculators produce estimates from the values you provide. They are a starting point, not a substitute for a lender, doctor, accountant or contractor. Our disclaimer explains the specific limits of each type of calculator.
Corrections and feedback
If you believe a result is wrong, spot an unclear explanation or want a calculator we don't have yet, please contact us. Reports that include the values you entered and the result you expected are the fastest for us to verify and fix.
Free for everyone
NumberCalculator365 is free to use. The site may display advertising in the future to cover its costs; that will never change how the calculators work or what results they show.
